George Mitchell is a Tampa, Florida–based business owner, investor, entrepreneur, and developer with extensive experience across real estate, construction, logistics, and sports facilities. He is the co-founder of AdventHealth Center Ice, a 150,000-square-foot ice rink and multi-sport complex in Wesley Chapel, Florida, developed, built, and operated by his company, Z Mitch L.L.C.He also founded and operates several ongoing ventures, including Mitchell Homes of Georgia L.L.C., Mitchell Manatee Home L.L.C., and Global Center Ice Inc. Earlier in his career, he co-founded multiple international companies — Construction Materials International, Kompas Line Inc., Globalnex Corporation, Hanul International (South Korea), CMI Limited (Hong Kong), and Materiales Construccion Internacionales (Mexico) — focused on the import, export, distribution, and shipping of construction materials. He successfully exited these businesses in 2007.George is actively involved in philanthropy and community leadership, serving on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council for Scouting America and the Executive Committee for Metropolitan Ministries, Pasco County.  He is a founder and board member of Friends of 4, a local Tampa charity, and the founder of the private charitable foundation Opportunity to Play.He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Florida and completed executive training at Columbia University Business School. A U.S. Air Force veteran, George was honorably discharged after four years of service, including assignments at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa and Osan Air Base in South Korea. He is the father of three adult sons, with whom he owns, manages, and invests in a diverse portfolio of businesses and assets.

James received a degree in economics from the University of South Florida. He is the current CEO of AdventHealth Center Ice.

A 2019 graduate of the University of South Carolina with dual degrees in Finance and Marketing, Mark launched his career at Benchmark International where he represented business owners on the sell-side of private M&A transactions. Mark left Benchmark International to manage the launch of the Manatee Mitigation Bank. In 2024 he relinquished this role to his brother Reid. Since then, he has taken on the responsibility of facilitating all new inbound deal flow for the family office. He also manages the commercial real estate portfolio for the family.

As a founder and managing partner of an M4 Investing, Reid brings a rare combination of strategic vision, operational leadership, and a disciplined approach to capital management. A 2016 graduate of Florida State University with dual degrees in Marketing and Professional Sales, he began his career at Heartland Payment Systems in Tampa, Florida delivering innovative payroll and credit card processing solutions to local businesses.  In 2018, driven by a desire to serve and challenge himself, Reid joined the U.S. Army. After two years of rigorous training, he earned his place as an Engineer Sergeant in 5th Special Forces Group at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. His leadership roles and combat experiences within Special Forces helped hone exceptional problem-solving, high-stakes negotiation tactics, and critical decision-making skills in high-pressure conditions that he continues to apply in business today. In 2024, Reid transitioned out of military service and now directs all operations and growth strategies for Manatee Mitigation Bank, a large portfolio company within the family office. As an active investor, Reid also focuses on identifying high-potential opportunities across a diverse range of sectors, always with an eye toward long-term value creation, venture capital, and tax advantaged investments.  Reid’s moto is “Drive Results” and his commitment to excellence, integrity, and reliability has made him a trusted leader in our business and investment endeavors.
